Cut and Edge

Cutting and edging panels is one of our main specialities. We use our 3200mm cutting length beam saw to cut panels down to 0.1mm precision. Our saw uses automation software and is capable of cutting hundreds of full panels per day, meaning no quantity is out of our reach. It comes with a scoring system, leaving a perfect finish on the top and bottom of every panel.

We use an industrial edgebander for all of our straight edge panels, complete with corner rounding leaving a seamless finish on every edge and corner.

We can also edge most bespoke shapes that are cut using our CNC machine. This edging process is done completely by hand by one of our expert employees.

We can also source MFC and MF MDF to cut and edge and will offer the same service for free issued materials that you already have.
